Farmecology

Viticultural Services

Viticulture, as a science and pursuit, has existed as long as humans have been making and drinking wine. Wine grapes have been cultivated and fermented since at least the neolithic era. Winegrowers, like all farmers, are deeply in touch with the soil, water, and weather. At Farmecology, our mission is to give winegrowers the best information available. Soil data, accurate weather information, irrigation expertise, pest management… and an understanding of what it takes to produce great wines. That’s what we bring to our partnership with California’s winegrowers.
